Based on your needs EMCM can prepare the required liquid by mixing quality controlled components, if needed even under temperature or vacuum controlled conditions.
A fully automatic filling unit can be used for filling liquids into vials. Another possibility is aseptic filling of ampoules with for example monomer solutions. EMCM operates a fully automatic ampoule filling machine for ampoule sizes up to 30ml.
To complete the liquid filling process EMCM also provides the possibility of (internal or external) sterilization and packaging.
