Powders
EMCM offers a complete process for the manufacturing of powders.
The process can be divided in four disciplines:
1. Sieving
2. Mixing
3. Filling
4. Packaging
Semi-automatic equipment will be used in each of these disciplines. The equipment is operated by technical qualified operators, and controlled by product specific qualification and validation programs.
EMCM has the possibility to fill powder in vials, pouches and small containers. An example of a product which EMCM manufactures is bone cement powder.
