EMCM has been mindful of its impact to the broader society and has taken deliberate steps towards long-term sustainability. It invested in 508 solar panels and a more energy friendly HVAC system. Most of the lighting has been replaced by LED lighting, and will be finished in the course of 2022.

With a background in Philosophy, Economics, and Mathematics, Mr. Liyeung is the shareholder’s main representative. In this capacity, he is primarily responsible for strategy, investments, and corporate development. Mr. Liyeung is also the Executive Director of Leader Biomedical Group.
Ms. Van der Vleuten has over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. She has a background in Biochemistry and held several positions within Quality Assurance and Quality Control. Ms. Van der Vleuten joined EMCM in 2018 in the position of Manager Quality Operations and is responsible for the Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Regulatory Affairs department.
Mr. Guelen is connected to EMCM since its inception in 1993 and build up more than 25 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Industry (EuroPharm and EMCM) in multiple positions as Process Leader, Manager Project Operations and Customer Service Officer. Currently he serves the post of Manager Supply Chain at EMCM and is responsible for Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Customer Service and Master data.
Mr. Sinha has multiple years of experience in the pharmaceuticals industry within Project Management, Process Engineering and Continuous Improvements. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Twente and is trained on Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belt. In 2018 Mr. Sinha Joined EMCM in the role of a Production Engineer and currently serves as Manager Projects Engineering and Maintenance.
After more then 20 years in the Animal Health Vaccines Industry (MSD) in several roles within Quality Control, Mr. Linders joined EMCM as Process Leader in 2015. Since end of 2016 he serves as Value Stream Manager. Mr. Linders studied at the University of ‘s Hertogenbosch and followed several classes Lean Six Sigma green and black belt.
Mrs. Harings joined EMCM in 2018 after working for an international manufacturing company for 16 years. She had built up experience in the broad range of Human Resources Management as an advisor, business partner and Human Resources Manager. Mrs. Harings holds a Master in Management and a Bachelor in Human Resource Management.
